We only collect the personal data needed to deliver our services, and we secure it with technical and organisational measures.
We keep tracking to a minimum and disclose how cookies support analytics and experience improvements.
These terms apply to all visitors using our websites, subscribing to our updates, or engaging Phaethon HR for recruitment, consulting, or training assignments.
We provide HR consulting, talent sourcing, and related advisory services. Using our websites or contacting us does not create an employment contract; a written agreement is required for paid services.
You agree to only share accurate, lawful information and to use our platforms for legitimate recruitment or job-search purposes. We may suspend access or decline cooperation if we detect misuse or illegal activity.
Clients must provide timely feedback, documentation, and payment per the agreed proposal. Delays attributable to the client suspend any delivery timelines we communicated.
Content on our platforms, including job templates, brand assets, and training materials, remains the property of Phaethon HR or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
We work diligently to present reliable candidates and information, yet final hiring decisions rest with the employer. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Greek law. Courts in Athens, Greece will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to our services.
We follow EU GDPR principles and only process personal data that is necessary for recruitment, business development, and statutory compliance.
We only share data with trusted partners (for example: payroll experts, legal advisors, or hosting providers) who help us deliver the requested service and who are bound by confidentiality obligations. Candidate data is kept only as long as required to complete the placement or comply with legal requirements.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@phaethonhr.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We host data on reputable cloud providers, restrict employee access on a need-to-know basis, and review our security controls regularly.
We keep cookie usage minimal. Essential cookies keep the site running, while optional analytics cookies help us understand traffic trends.
These remember your language preference, keep modal windows from reopening repeatedly, and secure the forms. They cannot be disabled because the website would not function properly without them.
When enabled, we use privacy-friendly analytics tools to measure visit volumes and popular pages. Data is aggregated and not used for targeted advertising.
